Single family home with a private pool and Spa that can be heated for an extra fee. Startup amenities like keurig/ground coffee available, pods for dishwasher, washing machine, trash bags available when you arrive to give you time to shop for these on your own. Infant and toddler friendly with baby gate, pack and play, Toddler/Kid's play room, step stool, kid dishes, high chair and no hanging cords from the blinds but lacks child locks/safety plugs. Private work area with WiFi. Additional details: 1. POOL HEATER: Pool heating option can be provided to your reservation at a daily rate of $50 USD. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF. Be aware that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. POOL HEATING: - The pool water heater runs at the same time as the pool pump filter. During cold nights, the pool water may feel colder in the morning and possibly early afternoon. As the day goes by, the heater will heat the water, but it will not turn the pool into a hot tub. It simply heats the water enough to make it usable. During very cold days, it is possible that the water may not reach your desired temperature, please take this into consideration as we cannot refund the pool heating fees. The weather is out of our control. - Equipment such as pool/spa heater can present unexpected technical issues during a stay. If this extra amenity were purchased by you, and it presents a problem, you will be entitled to a refund for this service only, and you will not have the option to cancel your reservation with a refund. Newly added amenity: Toddler's playroom Thoughtfully designed with little ones in mind! This cozy space features toddler-friendly furnishings for kids to enjoy. Perfect for playtime or a quiet nap. Please note: For the safety of your child, we kindly remind parents and guardians not to leave children unattended in this space.

Kindly note (for same day reservation) that we are unable to add any names for gate access after 9 pm EST on day of arrival , and we may need to cancel your reservation if you request adding names after that time. -- For Maintenance Schedule: Our maintenance staff follows a set schedule to keep everything in top shape. If there’s a need for maintenance during your visit, we’ll give you a heads-up in advance via Airbnb messaging. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause during your stay, but please know we do our best to minimize any disruption. -- Internet Service: The internet at our property is provided by the HOA and is shared across all vacation rentals in the area. For guests requiring higher speeds for remote work or other high-bandwidth needs, we recommend bringing a portable internet device to ensure your internet speed requirements are fully met. -- BBQ Grill usage : Guests are welcome to use the grill during their stay for an extra $75/stay. When doing so, we kindly ask that you refill the propane tank if needed and clean the grill after use to ensure a great experience for the next guests. Please note, if the grill isn't cleaned, an additional $30 cleaning fee will apply. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill. The fee covers the grill use only. If there’s any propane left from the previous guest, you’re welcome to use it! -- TODDLER PACKAGE Optional Add-On: Toddler Package – $35 Includes toys, toddler dishes, books, crib with sheet, high chair, and changing station. Let us know if you’d like to add this—we’ll have it ready for your arrival! -- Pool Movie Night Setup Enjoy a cozy movie night with our home theater equipment ($100 per stay) -- Guest Verification: Guest will be asked to complete guest verification through Truvi, a third-party provider.
