Spacious house with 1940's charm and 2022 amenities, tastefully decorated, centrally located, large side/back yard with fire-pit and grill, nice neighborhood.0.5 mile short walk to downtown shops in one direction and a 0.4 mile walk to Door County YMCA in the opposite direction with the local high school's track on the way.Short 5 min car ride to the only Walmart in the area. Quickly hop on to 57N via Michigan street(0.4 mile straight road stretch) to explore Norther Door or to enjoy a Packer Game in Green Bay in the south direction.

Other Details to Note

The house has a standard roll-in crib on site for those traveling with infants (but there are blinds with cords in the house), though located several feet away from the suggested crib area. High chair, changing pad, kid's dishes make this a child friendly home. The upstairs bedrooms do get warmer than the rest of the house especially during summer despite having air-conditioning. A portable AC is placed in upstairs master bedroom to counteract this problem. The upstairs 2nd bedroom has a portable fan and a portable AC is coming soon. -- For Maintenance Schedule: Our maintenance staff follows a set schedule to keep everything in top shape. If there’s a need for maintenance during your visit, we’ll give you a heads-up in advance via Airbnb messaging. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause during your stay, but please know we do our best to minimize any disruption. -- BBQ Grill usage : Guests are welcome to use the grill during their stay. When doing so, we kindly ask that you refill the propane tank if needed and clean the grill after use to ensure a great experience for the next guests. Please note, if the grill isn't cleaned, an additional $50 cleaning fee will apply. -- Guest Verification: Guest will be asked to complete guest verification through Truvi, a third-party provider.
